.125a fuses for RF in R2200, etc.

Post by davelane »

As you probably know, these fuses are incredibly hard to find, and cutting down a larger diameter fuse is difficult. Recently I found these on Ebay. The seller's ID is huskerfan42011, and I bought a package of 20 for $10. This is Littlefuse part # 0275.125M. Get 'em while you can.

I have used the PICO II 251 series of fuses in the fused BNC jack on my R-2600 series monitors. Littelfuse number is 0251.062MXL, and Digi-Key always seems to have lots in stock. Their number is F2307-ND. The R-2600 uses a 62mA fuse on the fused jacks. If you need the 1/8 amp quick blow, then use the Digi-Key part number F2308-ND. The fuses are very close to the same sized diameter as the 0275.125M (that fuse is 0.093" diameter and the one I mention is at 0.110" diameter... 0.017 inches larger). Might be worth looking at for the R2200?
