COM-120 aux amp failure

Postby syopas » Wed Jul 13, 2016 6:27 am

If generator output is set above -13dBm(aux amp switched on) signal level drops below -30dBm.
At +13dBm level - output signal near -13dBm. Total generator amplifier gain is 1.

Aux amp based on uPC1677C medium power amplifier MMIC, which is probably died.
Somebody successfully replaced it with another type?
Or maybe possible to buy this IC?
