Motorola service monitor & others

Post by racerman1cars »

All, Are there any power supply issues with the R 2001 or the R 2200 series service monitors? Also has anybody on here used a Stabilock 4040?
Thanks
Steve

I have an R2400 which is a kissing cousin to the R2200 and have had not PS issues with it.

It depends on which R2000 series you are talking about. Performance wise, there really isn't any issues. Maintenance is another story, the "A" version is a real pita.

...Stabilock 4040.. I would stay away from this.. big parts availability issues, notorious bad SMT caps that rot the board.. stick with Moto or IFR
