Motorola 2970A issues

Motorola 2970A issues

Have a Motorola 2970A, will not display power/watts from radio transmitters, but does all other testing fine on both TX and RX. All display functions also work properly.
Any ideas of a fix?

In addition, was wondering if the upgrade to P25 signaling is still available, either from Moto or another source. Need to locate operators manual also.
