How to change frequency restriction in pgm software

Hi,

Been a MSS for over 40 years so have all programming software but need info:

Am new here and need info on how to modify pgm software to program radios to ham frequency.

Have R100 repeater need to move to 444 MHz otherwise to the crusher it goes.
With comming Narrow Banding in near future have many good radios being JUNKED that could be put on ham freq's.
