Knockdown or XMIT disable input on AUX SLR5700?

Post by n9dki »

We are in the process of purchasing an SLR 5700 repeater for the club. Our site use agreement requires the capability to shut down all transmitters automatically when personnel go out onto the roof where the antennas are located. We have installed a switch on the roof hatch that goes to the TX INHIBIT input on the MSF5000's which works quite nicely, is there a functionally equivalent pin on the DB-25 AUX connector on the SLR5700?

Been digging thru all of the on-line documentation I can find, have not been able to find a pinout for the AUX connector.

Thanks,

Tim

All of the programmable pins on the 5700 can be programmed for "repeater knockdown".
