XTL5000 O3 Siren Question

Can you run a Motorola URC (Universal Relay Controller) with an XTL5000 O3 and the TT2592 - Whelen/Motorola Siren Amp to control your lights or is it limited to the APX6500/7500. I would like to run everything from the O3 control head without installing a bunch of DEK boxes. Also if anyone has any literature on the TT2592 I could use it. Thanks!
