I was wondering if i could use a XTL in a astro spectra + consolette with the ACIM/TRC

The XTL brick needs to have the W-series TIB (NOT W3) and needs to be configured for a W7 head in CPS. "Consolette Enable" needs to be checked in CPS as well. Moto never made an O-series XTL consolette so you're stuck with the W7 head.

Yeah, I figured that the XTL brick would have to have the correct tib for w series. I was just checking to make sure it is possible to replace the astro spectra + drawer with a proper configured xtl drawer and everything work correctly/

I suspect so, I have gone the other way and used an sb9600 board from an xtl with an astro Spectra. My only issue was I could not line up button commands with the Spectra, channel up and down worked though.

Awesome, only need one channel anyways. So as long as it passes the correct data over the ACIM ill be happy.

Well got everthing swapped out and everything works as it should. Reminded me how much I hate the consolette case.
