Batboard

I got an issue and I'm hoping someone here can help...I just recently acquired an XTL2500 and when trying to read it, the only option it gives is OTAP. I have a good working Motorola HKN6184C programming cable. I know it works as I use it on my XPR4550.

Any ideas as to why it shows OTAP only?

Semi-Fixed. WINDOWS 10 does not seem to see the drivers while WINDOWS XP on the VirtualBox does.
