APX7000 No RX Audio on Speaker-Mic

We have one APX7000 that has no receive audio on the speaker-mic. PTT and transmit audio from the RSM are ok. We know the RSM is ok as it works on another 7000. As far as I can tell there is no software setting that should affect this... no settings in Radio Profile or elsewhere, correct?

If so does that mean the radio has to go back to the depot?

That's a known defect with development/ALT radios. If you can't positively verify the radio's history it's something to consider. If it's an agency radio, then yeah, flat rate that puppy.

IIRC the fix involved replacing something with the physical connector, but it was lost when P25.ca went away.

Probably not the issue you are having but a few of our speaker mics had pins that didn't quite align with the contacts on the radio.
