Install Ford Falcon FG XR6 (Aust)

Post by damofordfestival »

Hi all,

I have been on the side lines learning lots thank you. I thought I would share my install in my
Ford Falcon XR6 (Australia) install. It consists of:
Motorola XTVA
XTS3000
HHCH
Speaker
and glass mount antena.
The XTVA is hidden away under the passangers seat out of site.

Didn't the antenna instructions say anything about not mounting the glass mount over the heater strip on the window?

It sure did, but the Ford XR6 has a square marked area at the top centre of the rear window with no heater strips which is specially made to mount a cellular/glass mount antena, so no probs with any heater strip running under the mount.
