mc micro programming

i want to programme up my mc micro
on looking on site do i neet to use my rib or is this one of the few radios that i only need to make the lead up to connect the pc to radio
also is there an sub i can use for the m1811 transistor

The McMicro can be programmed (only)by a interfacecable, you don't need a ribbox.
