Pic of my Securenet Briefcase repeater

Post by ricciticcitembo »

I don't really have any cameras, so I took the oppertunity to
photograph my latest gizmo at a friend's house.
Slapped this thing together real quick, and It works really good.
Surprised me a little, just how good.

Special thanks to Will, Keith, Woody, Frank, Monty, and of course Jack. Or it would not have been possible for me to build this.

Too badd I don't have that special madcow software, or I'd put
A7 heads on it, and be able to just put in any frequency from
60 hz to 900 mhz right from the front panel.
I couldn't resist......

What radios do you own?: APX4K, XTL5K, NX5200, NX700HK

I see, I see... but the one pictured at top is unlike the one pictured at bottom, and unlike the one depicted in the schematic (recently revived topic in the hardware forum) because the bottom pic doesn't show the switch or 3 LEDs....

But I can see how it works.
