Does anyone knows and teach me what different between Saber Secure III VHF & System Saber III VHF?
Could I use the RSS which for System Saber III VHF to program (TX/RX; PL; etc function)Saber I;II;III and Secure model ?
My RSS is R03

No you can't each has its own RSS. Systems sabers seem to me to be like a hybrid between an Astro saber and a regular saber.
They all have trunking, regardless of frequency.
The encryption is dependant on what model you have. Either regular sabers or Systems saber can have encryption.
Systems sabers have 16 channels instead of 12 and are capable of having the buttons reprogrammed for other uses. There are too many other differences to list but these are a few ot the main ones.

Hi Mancow, according your message meant that I could not use my System Saber III VHF RSS to program the Saber III VHF am I right ?
Could you teach me how can I find the information that show me what differentor camparision between that 2 models ?
