W7 faceplate. What the hell?

sounds like a motorocyle control head to me. The mic jack is solid on those heads.

Did is have the ASTRO logo on the faceplate?

Must be a W9 thing. I had the part number off the service man, and parts ID and looked things up via M Online, and they all came without the logo. Should I need another one, I am going to order the XTL5000 verison as it is listed as BLACK...At least it will match the console and every other thing that is black these days and not M brown!

1505125X09 is what I orderd out of the service manual, and is the same on Motorola Online.
