900 Maxtrac PIN shift frequency? Trunking vs Conventional

I been reading up on converting the Maxtrac 900 VCO for 902-928.
Is the pin shift freq different in the Trunking vs Conventional firmware? I have read it is 902.5 or 903.... (to shift over the the other side for TX)
I would like to cover the whole band tx-rx without adding the DC-DC converter method.

But I would be happy with tx and rx on the high freqs, and tx only on the low freqs....
