What radios do you own?: X9000 thru APX

Post by Pj »

I have sent this to Bat, but for anyone interested, I have dug up these numbers. My apoligies if the message doen't format well.

Also, if you would like to add, this came right from the 68P80101W21-O DTMF manual

HLN1205A DTMF/PHONE Interconnect assembly
HLN5146A Circuit board
HLN5163A Call button
HLN5090A Phone button
HLN5147A Software

Also, W946AA is listed as DTMF/PHONE Interconnect (I would imagine that's just the factory option number). These were taken from the "model chart option structure"

As for jumpers (which I still have to do for proper operation) this is what is listed:
JUMPER NORMALLY REMARKS
JU1 OUT IN FOR RADIO GROUPS 1,3,5,7
JU2 OUT IN FOR RADIO GROUPS 2,3,6,7
JU3 OUT IN FOR RADIO GROUPS 4,5,6,7

From the MDC1200 68P80102W07-A manual, comes ITEM numbers:

HLN5317A MDC-1200 Circuit board for Systems 9000
HLN5318A MDC-1200 Software
HLN5418A MDC-1200 Software for Smart-Status
HLN5452A MDC-1200 Circuit board for Systems 9000E

There is also these listed as MODELS:

HLN1246A MDC-1200 for Systems 9000
HLN1269A MDC-1200 Smart Status
HLN1304A MDC-1200 For Systems 9000E

For X9000 options, these are listed:
W116 Horn and Lights relays and cables
W355 MDC-1200 and Trunking Status/Message (8)
W370 MDC-1200 Status/Message (8)
W374 MDC-1200 and Trunking Status/Message (16)
W412 MDC-1200 Sel Call
W470 Emergency Footswitch
W688 Emergency Pushbutton Switch
W735 MDC-1200 Smart-Status/Message (8)
W738 MDC-1200 Smart-Status/Message (16)
W814 MDC-1200 PTT ID/Emergency
W941 MDC-1200 Status/Message (16)

You need at the minimum RSS V4.0 (X9000) and V2.0 (X9000E) to program the MDC boards.

For dual radio programming, I have always programmed the radio's individually, and not together with MDC installed. The last couple of times I did, the RSS assigned the same MDC info on both boards. Works fine when programmed separately.

This is for the HLN1196B Switch panel:

To change the last to momentary buttons to on/off or vise versa, the 68P80101W13-D has these part numbers:

Pushbutton 40-84324C01
Momentary 40-80065E02

Also of interest:
61-80058L01 - Lens
54-80068L01 - Function label, 8 used
15-80056L01 - Front cover
38-80057L01 - Pushbutton, 8 used
40-80065E02 - Momentary switch, 2 used
40-84324C01 - Push/push switch, 6 used
