i am going to install a head light flasher n a the exploer there older squar ranger body style.

i know what colors i need were should i tap into the harness on the driver or passanger side

I usually unplug the harness from the light and do the splicing on that section of wire. You should have about a 7" of wire to work with and you can pull back the loom to get more if needed.

I think all fords are the same Green with black at the plug on the back of the headlight..

Um......turn the high beams on. Take a test light and stick it into the three pins. One will light with the high beam switch on. This is the high beam wire!

i am installing whelen flasher and need to break the wire liek the directions that come with the flasher , inned to knwo were to make the break
