IS THE ComSpec TP3200 A MODEL SPEC. UNIT AND IS IT SIMPLE TO SET UP? DO YOU HAVE TO BUY ANY THING EXTRA TO HOOK IT UP TO A CDM1550 AND A MAXTRAC?

No, just have to build cables for each radio. The radios don't even have to have the cos capability, but it is much better to have a COS from the receiver going into the TP3200.

I can get the cable info for the interface we use with two Maxtrac radios. The transmitter radio needs a FLAT audio input, programable on SOME radios. Otherwise it is fairly easy to add a input to the transmitter for the PL/DPL tones.

The TP3200 and the Zetron M38 are computer (RS232 Dumb Terminal)or DTMF programable.

WILL....I HAVE A MAXTRAC 32 CHANNEL AND A CDM 1550. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A MOBILE EXTENDER OUT OF THEM, CAN I DO THIS WITH JUST CABLES AND NOT HAVE TO GO INTO THE RADIO (THE MAXTRAC)?

The Extender module is plug and play for these two radios.
I wish I could put the photo up here, but I do not know how?
