Quantar Station Control Board

I have a Quantar that has a bad station control board Part # Cln6961B that is no longer avaiable.

The Parts I.D. tells me the replacment is CLN1293A but they cannot tell me if it comes with the Simm board or the Flash Memory board that in my station are marked Boot 1 NIR 020.09.012

I know mixing Firmware in a Quantar can cause problems

Does anyone know if the Simm and Flash boards come with the Station control board. What other problems can I expect. Would like to order the parts in the morning but only want to do it once
