AIR HORN = CAR HORN

AIR HORN = CAR HORN

WHO KNOWS HOW TO TAKE A SYNTOR X 9000 W/SIREN AND HOOK THE AIR HORN UP TO THE CAR HORN SO WHEN YOU "HONK" THE AIR HORN IS USED? I HAVE SEEN IT DONE, BUT DONT KNOW HOW.

It's done with a relay connected to the VIP outputs. Check out Mike's site for the pinouts. I have it scrawled somewhere around here... I'll look around.

Hi Robert.. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be the VIP inputs? I would think that the horn button in the steering wheel is used to power a relay, which then grounds or adds +12vdc to a certain VIP input. I have never done this, but I was just thinking that it would be on the input of the VIP port... Thanks! -BW
