Upgrade of XTS3000 from SN/SZ to P25

Upgrade of XTS3000 from SN/SZ to P25

Moto Literature states that the XTS3000 can be flashed to operate on
a true P25 9600 baud system. Is this true and has anyone done this? Can the radio also operate on Astro 3600 baud sytems in the same radio? What function is given up to do this. Thanks.
