mt1000 & qcII

I would like to set a channel on my MT1000 to act as a weather alert channel.. How should the QCII setup be? I tried just putting in the 1050 as a b only, but it won't accept just one tone. What am I missing? Should I put the 1050 as both tones?

You need to set Long Tone B.

I have done it by using the LONG B. I also have used 1050 in both A/B slots ant it worked on a gp300.

I was trying... where can I set the long tone b? And how do I get around it wanting 2 tones?
