HELP<-ASII to ASIII conv.

Post by /\/\y 2 cents »

Fellas, im sure this has been covered in a previous post, but im not looking for instruction as much as the tool to complete the job.
I'm helping a friend upgrade an 800Mhz ASIII model II to a Model III. We just swap-a-roo on the housings and now he needs to enable the DTMF functionality...Anybody have the Model III codeplug I could drop into this thing? The radio is full -feature so dont't send it if your codeplug is short on options. If you do have a good CP, send it to [email protected] or [email protected]
I force it using S-Record pack/unpack, right?
Thanks in advance

Yep, but don't use Astro Lab, use MTSX. The older MTSX Lab won't work.

Make sure you record all of your softpot values before hand so after you force the codeplug in, you can put your radio back into spec.
