Hello. I don't have any programming equipment, but I do live in Ft. Laud 595 & 441, & I have an XTS 3K Full keypad, loaded up with BSO, Fire Rescue & FHP. If you can read the radio I'd be glad to help you out. Let me know. 73'S GARY N4KVE [email protected]

Not sure if dumping a XTS3000 CP into an Astro Saber III will work. Does anybody know if this will work?

To be fair, fireboy, you never said Astro Saber. And no, it would not work.

Will somebody please help flameboy out. He really is a good dude, and just got an ASTRO radio and is experimenting with it daily (probably in some ways more than we all care to know, FYI, he has a fancy for the 800Mhz dipole.)He has a ASIII 800MHz with a 512K vocon board (I've seen it myself). His flashcode ends in -7, I dont know the actual factory option codes off the top of my head (i.e. Q806, etc.) but he has smartnet I/IIi, scan, MDC encode/decode, private call, etc. . The radio is IMBE for a fact, although I heard one time that all odd number ending flahcodes were VSELP/VSLEP, and his radio is 512k (like most vslep radios), but he is receiving IMBE systems no problem so this means it's gotta be imbe. I'm not sure of his host or DSP version but its an older radio so I dont think it's too high. If you guys can help him out, thats great...If you need more info I can get it for you no problem. Just help this poor guy out, for the love of ASTRO.
