Will a DES XL/DES OFB Board that I have in my XTS3000R work in a XTS3500? Thanks in advance.

No, the XTS3000 and the XTS3500 modules are totally different. Good luck finding a used module for the 3500. It took me a long time to find one for my xts3500 when I had one.
