HT1250 stored voice board question

Post by SD70MAC »

I have an HT1250ls+ UHF that has voice storage board in it. What does it look like and where is it attached. I would like to transplant it to my HT1250 VHF. The LS+ is limited keypad and the VHF is full keypad and I need the keypad on the VHF.

IIRC when you open it up, it should be right behind the keypad (or where the fullkeypad is on a fullyfeatured 1250.

What radios do you own?: HT1250, CP200, HT1000, XTS1500

If you take it apart, the VS board replaces the keypad board. The basic keypad board has nothing on the back. The VS board has components on the back.
