Size diference between XTS3000 and XTS2500

Post by Alan »

We have a fleet of several hundred VHF XTS3000 portables. I always assumed the XTS2500 was the same size. I was recently told that the XTS2500 was close in size to a GP300.
Can anyone enlighten me here?
Thanks, Alan

Yep, he's right. Where the XTS3000 is built on a revision of the Jedi platform, the XTS2500 is built on a Waris platform, just like the HT1550.
