xts 3000 question

hi everyone....can an xts 3000 housing work on an xts 3500 ?

The keypad is different with different locations for the switches.
You will need the Correct housing.

I disagree - I have a ruggedised 3500 casing on my 3000 and it works and fits fine..

The XTS 3000 and 3500 housings are the same and can be interchanged provided you use an R housing when needed.

Even the "R" housing is the same as the regular XTS3XXX housing- the only difference is the Sticker (and some times color)

For the record I've got a Yellow XTS3500R housing on my XTS3000-III
