question about Astro Spectra Head

Hello

I´ve a question about Motorola Astro Spectra,
is it possible to change between W3-W4-W5 & W7 heads,
or can i only use 1 W5 with the W5 head???

Will all astro spectra encode/Decode mdc1200,
or do they need to be flash for it???

How much do the W7 vhf highband Astro Spectra go for in USD,
with all in mdc1200???
