ASTRO Spectra, serial number corrupted

Post by Ranger522 »

ASTRO Spectra Model: T04KLF9PW4AN

During programming, the serial number corrupted to gibberish (D€412CEE). Radio works, but I need to make more changes.

I do have matching mod codeplugs, but when I try to clone, I get a "Serial number does not match database" error. I also cannot read the radio (errors out)

The radio is new and under warranty, should I send it back to M, or do I have any better options?

I do have the latest CPS, but not LAB.

Under warranty? Send it back.

Every option to correct an already corrupted serial number would void the warranty, and require lab.
