Looking for info on Batteries for Motorola Spirit HP radio's

Looking for information on what is the largest MAH battery do they make for the Motorola Spirit HP radio's.I have seen some on ebay that are 1000 MAH, 950 MAH, 550 MAH. What is the best one I should use? Looking for the longest life.Thanks

The 'short' 7.5 volt battery is available in an 1100mAh Ni mh.

600 or 700mAh is the standard NiCad battery, HNN9044.
