I want to make my own one of these:

I am in search of....the backlit bar at the top of the switches to label each switch, And the nice 4 pos. slide switch at the left. The closest i have came is a 3 pos switch for a blender and after hours of googleing im not much farther.

Any suggestions?

The real question is... WHY??? For the amount of time and money it is going to cost you in materials, you might as well just buy a real switch box from Sho-Me, SVP, Whenlen, Fed. Sig., etc. If you need a price on one of those ( a decent price) let me know. We are a dealer for all the above.
