Same as most moto's

It requires DOS based programming software, a programming cable, and a Radio Interface Box (RIB), hooked into a SLOW computer running true DOS.

1225 series is windows based software, Windows 95 and up. I believe only the newest version will run on XP.

I presume you haven't ever programmed a P1225 then.

Try this instead.
Version 3.2 or lower: Use Win 95, 98, ME and on something at least 200 MHz or it will be SLOOOOOW.

Version 4.0: New and improved flavor for XP. Runs great at 2.3GHz
