Does anyone have a price sheet for flash upgrades? I am just curious how much certain flash upgrades would cost...

(MODAT for one...)

MODAT FLASHport uplifts generally ran about $80 (depending on the radio model involved), although it is now only available as an SP. As a result, its cost is higher, with a longer lead time on the FO. You'd have to talk to your Motorola salesman to get pricing and delivery for a MODAT FLASHport uplift.
