ASTRO SABER III Need to solve 2 "big problems"

Post by ckh »

I had a 403-470Mhz ASTRO SABER III , when I got it , it writed by ASTRO DOS RSS 9.05. I use the ASTRO LAB DOS RSS wrongly to clone a UHF 450-520Mhz's codeplug into it , but I am not have the 403-470Mhz's codeplug can read by LAB RSS to clone back to it , but I at the LAB RSS change the codeplug's IF band to UHF LO band , now the radio can write the frequance at 403-470Mhz and other function is work ok. But now the radio
has 2 "big problems", one is at service alignment mode, all radio data were show the radio at 450-520Mhz, I want to know how to change it back to 403-470Mhz ? and other one is at scan mode, it work is very bad, the radio use 1 to 2 minutes can locked a signal, I want to know how to solve that problem?

Thank you !

You really need to find a 403-470 codeplug, and then have the radio completely re-tuned afterwards.

Perhaps if you provide the model# and desired flashcode#, someone here can provide you with an appropriate codeplug.
