Help me MCS 2000 "you can not read"

I have tried to read codeplug from the radio with these the two software: R05.04.00 and R04.00.00 and I have this error: "You can not read, programm, or tune to cbi radio until you initialize it".Se I make the communication test is OK. What I can make?

It looks like you have a blank board.

You must use the service menu in the RSS to intialize it.

From the menu I have made "Service alignment" but to continue to make what I have said before.
