Spectra control head interconnect boards

Is there any difference (aside from duh, the part numbers) for the analog spectra's interconnect board from the drawer unit to the control head of HLN6285 to the Astro Spectra's part #HLN6401 ?

Yes, two of the pins are reversed. I'll have to look up the pin #'s for you...
