AS-II RxAudio Problem; Hear Tones, Scans all OK, but no RX?

Astro Saber II functions all seem working: Can hear all tones, but no audio on receive. Radio had only 1 Conv ferq upon arrival and could hear open squelch on MON.

After programming for 800TRS, there was no audio on receive. All tones can be heard and the radio is clearly scanning and even stops on active TG's, but no receive audio.

Is there something in the RSS that should be looked at, an obscure setting , any ideas appeciated greatly.
