Astro set connect with telephone

Dear friends
I just want to connect my astro spectra set to telephone. Mean If some one want talk with station through telephone I should patch the phone with astro set. I modified one phone patch call TRANSWORLD TW 5800 to work with COUGAR PRM4515 .Now I want to do with astro. If any one have any idea please send me .
