It's a flash upgrade. You'll have to go to a dealer to order this. I think it's a cheap flash too, around $100-$200.
Keep in mind, you must have a radio with a valid SN, ESN, etc in order to get it - I don't believe you'll have much luck if you have one of the 123abc1234 radios.
