OT: EFJ Stealth 25 digital carrier squelch question

Sorry for the off brand question. I have a couple of vhf Stealth 25 portables, and am looking for any definitive info on setting them up for the equivalent of MOT digital carrier squelch. I've tried entering a nac of 293 and 7fe with both a tg of 1 and 65535. No dice. It decodes p25 in monitor mode, so I know it's functional, and it will happily decode NAC 293 from my astro spectra when set to nac 293 in RX. There does not appear to be a function for carrier squelch in the software or through the keypad programming. Anyone have an answer on this. I recieved some help from Mancow, but I'm still having issues. Also looking for thoiughts on switching from analog to P25 from the keypad an a per channel basis and Tuning methodology

Try F7E not 7FE

F7E is 3966 dec

I seem to recall that doing something but it still may not get you far.

10-95 had the same issues. I don't know what's up with it. It might be worth calling EFJ. They were good to work with when I had to call them for other issues in the past.
