Saber astro will not transmit

Saber astro will not transmit

the other day while being in scan mode {trunking system} my radio got inhibited. screen went black etc.

i read the radio and it told me that it was inhibitid by dispatch
i re-programed the radio.
now it will work good on reicive mode but it will not transmit in conventional or trunking


any ideas? i was told i need a s-record?

please shed me some light

Well, you got caught on a system that you were not suppose to be on.

Your not going to find help with that here...

Two options:
-Get the radio uninhibited by the dispatcher
-Send the radio to the system administrator so that he can reactivate it

That's about it.

With that, I am locking the thread before it gets out of hand..I know some people are itching to make some well deserved comments...
