and while were at it anyone got some good executive level contact for V-S? there service department butchered my VX150 I have sent it in 3 times. I thought Mexirola was bad but this is horrendous. Looking for someone higher up than the worthless people at amateur customer NO support...

yeah, been there done that. i am looking for someone at the Executive Level...not tech support, they're worthless. no one wants to take responsibility for their screwups. I will add V-S to the list of companies not to deal with, based upon their fouling up this one radio, over and over. How hard is it? do it right the first time. unfortunately this is becoming the norm these days...

I'm curious as to what kind of problems you had.

read all about it:

mine was posted on April 13th, still waiting for Chip to keep his word. As of last week he got the radio and didn't like my comments about Chinese built radios being crap (which they are) and was "looking into my problem"...yeah, this has only been the third time it's been there.

what a schlep rock operation. would expect Mexirola to even do better with their outsourcing...
