Hello Astro Saber II Guru's, I would usually take all of my radio repair and other stuff to my good ol friend Monty Cisco in San Diego but im sure you all know by now that he is in Heven smiling upon us, So I hope someone can help.
I want to program a Astro Saber II 800mg. to Receive only to Listen to my City's radio system and the Next city over.

the short answer is yes, there is a way to program your radio to monitor the system you desire.
however, the act of programming the radio onto the system (regardless if it's just receive only) violates several laws (computer network trespass seems to be the common one, depending on the state you are in)
we do not discuss this here on batlabs due to that fact.
