XTS5K ATG Scan DELAY

Post by fireboy1475 »

Here is a question for the experts:

I am monitoring all 15 talg groups in a zone using ATG feature.

Here is the problem:

There seems to be a sizable delay from when traffic stops and the system picks up audio again usually cutting out transmissions or missing transmissions altogether.

Can anybody give me a reason for this? I am monoitoring a SMARTZONE system...

Please help. Thanks.

What radios do you own?: X9000 thru APX

Are you a valid system user of this system? Personal radio or work radio?

Unless you are authorized with an assigned radio ID, you are just waiting for trouble. You cannot safely monitor a trunked radio system with an XTS5000. Currently your radio is affiating to the system and unless authorized...it will get bricked and if they find you, possibly arrest (computer crime).

There are numberous threads about this.

If you can send me proper documentation that your suppose to on this system in the first place with that radio, I will unlock the post. Until then, its locked for everyones safety.
