gm1200 question and manual needed

gm1200 question and manual needed

Hi all;

Just aquired my first motorola, it's a gm1200 uhf(403-470), but i dont have a manual/users guide.

Can someone please email me one please (in pdf if pos.)

What are peoples thoughts on the gm1200's? Did i buy a sucky radio?

The GM1200 is a good radio,but it is a MPT1327 trunked radio.
You have only 10 conventional channels.If you want more channels,you have to change the firmware.

I'll get it up and running with the frequencies i need first and get rid of that pesky trunking before i try flashing it to a 2100 series.

I'm still after a users guide for this radio. Can someone please help me out with one.
