MPL Featutre XTS3000

I have a model 3 XTS3000 Flash: 500008-000400-7, R7.13.00 and DSP 8.02.06.

I can't seem to make the MPL feature work or even show up. I have tried setting the personality to Normal Rx rather than mixed mode but it still will not show up in the menu. I searched the board and the net but did not find any answers.

I am using CPS 5.00.02

No MPL on XTS3000.
