xts3000 problem

I NEED TO KNOW AS THE PART NUMBER NEW FORMAT CABLE TO PROGRAM The XTS3000 And NEW UPDATE NUMBER Of SOFTWARE CPS.
I LIVING IN VENEZUELA AND I HAVE 1 XTS3000 And I CANNOT PROGRAM IT WITH SOFTWARE CPS R04.00.00, I AM THANKFUL MUCH THAT THEY HELP ME

The newest CPS is RVN4182S and the cable is RKN4035D.
