Ummmm...
first thing.... check your flashcode with the radioreference flashcode decoder, you'll find that your computer and RIB is not at fault at all.
Your radio is NOT flashed for trunking.
But that's not all. The XTS3000 does NOT do privacy plus trunking. I does SmartNet, SmartZone and AMSS... In analog Smartnet you can select trunking type IIi, if typeI subfleets are required by you.... but I guess it doesn't matter if the radio isn't flashef for trunking anyhow
